Wednesday Five: Snow, Parent Committee, Speak up, Facebook, Trash
Welcome to Wednesday - check out these things to know:

Snow - There's a Winter Weather Advisory in effect through this afternoon. There'll only be about 2-4 inches of snowfall, but tread lightly during your commute this morning.
Smithfield Parent Committee The Parent Committee is seeking new members. The committee is an important way for parents to be involved in a child’s education. Parent involvement sets higher goals for the child and helps them appreciate learning both at home and at school. It’s a great opportunity to meet other TCW families. Come out Thursday, Jan. 24, 5-6 p.m. at 22 Cedar Swamp Road.
