Fall River Man Arrested After Passing Out In Restaurant At 10 A.M.
A 24-year-old man was charged with felony drug possession after he passed out standing up in a bar.

Tiverton Police were called to the scene of Stafford Road restaurant last week after two patrons fell asleep inside. It was 10 a.m.
The restaurant manager reportedly called police at about 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 6 and reported a male and a female customer were passed out inside the establishment and appeared to be under the influence. According to police reports, the woman was in the middle of scratching a lottery scratch ticket when she fell asleep on the table.

The man, Joshua Dalton, 24, of 339 Neptun St., Fall River, was reportedly standing in the restaurant swaying.
After police arrived they searched both parties, whom officers described as "clearly under the influence."'

During a routine check police found Dalton in possession of 44 pills of Alprazolam, a depressant.
Police arrested Dalton and charged him with felony drug possession.
