Health Inspection: Atlantic Sports Pub

The following inspection was completed on Nov. 13 at the Atlantic Sports Pub. 

Violation 14 - Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized 

Inspector Comments 
The slicer had an accumulation of food and debris. The food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean to sight and touch. The slicer is currently not being used, it was being cleaned during inspection and placed in storage.23Consumer advisory posted for raw or undercooked foods

The consumer advisory provided does not disclose the foods on the menu that are raw or undercooked. An asterisks must be added to the front of any food/food section affected by the advisory. New menus are in the process.36Insects, rodents & animals not present; no unauthorized persons 

Inspector Comments 
The door to the outside, located in the back, is not self-closing. Outer openings of a food establishment must be protected against the entry of insects and rodents.53Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean 

Inspector Comments 
The floor in the front of the back door in the kitchen is in poor repair. The physical facilities must be maintained in good repair.
