Tiverton Man, 63, Accused Of Downloading Child Porn

TIVERTON, RI — A Tiverton man is facing child pornography charges. David Burke, 63, was arrested Tuesday.

According to police, an IP address from Burke's house was identified in June to have requested child pornography images using a peer-to-peer network. These files reportedly included a 23-minute video of a child being sexually exploited, along with another, 13-minute video of a similar nature.

On Tuesday, members of the FBI Boston Division’s Child Exploitation-Human Trafficking Task Force searched Burke's home and reportedly found 160 images of child pornography downloaded on a desktop computer.

Burke was charged with possession of child pornography and was released on $50,000 bond.
