Tiverton Police: Portsmouth Woman Arrested on Domestic Violence and Drug Charges

Domestic Violence and Drug Charges
Nancy Louise Dubois, 52, of 2743 East Main Road, Portsmouth, was arrested on Wednesday, March 24 at 6:50 p.m. and charged with domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism and felony drug possession after she allegedly broke into her ex-boyfriend's home and attacked him.

According to reports, Dubois bent a screen to enter her ex-boyfriend's Bridle Way home, struck him twice in the neck and threw a cup of coffee at him before taking off in her car. Police reportedly caught up to Dubois driving back to Portsmouth on Route 24 south near Eagleville Road and stopped her. She was taken into custody and after police took her back to headquarters for processing, officers located a single Hydrocodone pill in her purse - for which she did not have a prescription. She was later arraigned in Second Division District and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

Dustin WJ Harrison, 24, 699 Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, was arrested on Thursday March 21 and charged with domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. According to reports, police were called to a Bulgarmarsh Road residence for a report of a domestic disturbance between Harrison, his mother and aunt. During the altercation, Harrison allegedly broke a cell phone. Based on that, police took Harrison into custody. He was arraigned in Second Division Court the next day and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
