Tiverton Teen Critical After Being Struck By Car
Police say 17-year-old Tiverton girl strikes pedestrian with car.
A Tiverton teenager is reported to be in critical condition Monday after being struck by a car that was driven by another teen.
According to police, the accident happened early Monday morning, in the Bulgarmarsh Recreation Area. Police say the 18-year-old suffered serious head trauma and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
Authorities say the 18-year-old was struck by a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Tiverton girl, who was not injured.
