Commercial developers are proposing an $80 million to $100 million project in north Tiverton known as Tiverton Crossings.
During a joint meeting on Monday night between the Town Council and the Planning Board, one of the project managers said Alex and Ani, Whole Foods and REI would be likely suitors for more than 385,000 square feet of retail space.
