Stay Out of Warwick City Park Swimming Area And Conimicut Point Beach: RIDOH
The water has high bacteria counts, the department of health said.
WARWICK, RI — Taking a dip in the Warwick City Park swimming area Conimicut Point Beach is probably not a good idea, according to the Rhode Island Department of Health.
RIDOH recommended closing the two areas to swimmers due to high bacteria counts, according to a statement released by the department.
"RIDOH will continue to monitor and review beach water quality through Labor Day," the Department said. "The status of a beach may change as new data become available."
