Presentation - Tom Kravitz, City Planning Director

This community workshop is a reflection of the collaborative nature of the Mayor’s Office and the City Council, which have collectively offered to provide the newly-hired City Planning Director with an opportunity to review proposed ordinance PCO-6-20 Sub B and to solicit additional community input.

Presentation will include a brief analysis as to how existing solar arrays came into being, discussion of an amended version of the draft ordinance currently being considered by the Administration and City Council, and discussion of potential draft amendments regarding the taxation of renewable energy systems.

Meeting will adjourn at 7:30 P.M.
