Misquamicut State Beach is one of Rhode Island’s most popular beaches. Located right in Westerly, families can explore a half-mile of beachfront and enjoy a playground, purchase concessions and relax under gazebos. Maintained by a group of dedicated keepers and volunteers, the Watch Hill Lighthouse is a historic lighthouse turned museum.
