EXETER, RI β€” Exeter West Greenwich/Prout football recruits aren't slacking this summer. They're honing their skills and fitness ahead of the fall season with the goal of returning to the playoffs again this year.

Week three of summer training is complete, and Coach Cliff Fortin says that week four will bring a new level of intensity and a heightened emphasis on teamwork and communication.

"Now we turn the dial up a bit and see what they're really made of, without putting on the pads quite yet," said Fortin.
