WOONSOCKET, RI—Memorial Day is Monday and that means trash and recycling will be on a one-day delay next week. The Woonsocket Recycle Facility will be closed on Saturday and Monday and residents are reminded to put out trash and recycling bins one day later than normal.In a news release, the city's Solid Waste and Engineering Department also offered a tip to coincide with the warmer weather:<blockquote>Keep it Clean! — Rinse bottles, cans, and other materials before you put them in the cart.
