A fire early this morning at 40 Dulude Ave. has claimed the life of a tenant there.
Turnto10.com reports flames were coming from the building, which is close to Landmark Medical Center on Cass Avenue, at about 1 a.m. this morning.
Firefighters were notified of a victim inside, and were able to remove the person from the building. Turnto10.com has video and photos from the fire, and an image from the scene has also been posted to Twitter by @CodeRedPhotos.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
