INTERACTIVE MAP: Is Your Neighborhood A Flu Hot Spot?

You haven't seen your neighbor in a few days, could they have the flu? One website is trying to track that.

Flu Near You is mapping submitted cases of the flu so people can see if their neighborhood is a "hot spot."

To participate in Flu Near You, you must submit whether or not you have the flu or flu-like symptoms. Confirm the email then it will map your location. Scan the map to see if your neighbors are infected.

Of the 400 South Carolina participants, 230 reported symptoms of the flu, Flu Near You reports.
