Awarded to the top-performing Spherion offices across the country, Spherion Charleston, led by local franchise owners Mary Barrineau and Pam Thompson, earned this recognition for consistently delivering exceptional results for their clients and candidates while staying closely connected to the greater Charleston community. Their proactive approach and commitment to innovation, including investing in a business development manager and embracing new recruitment technology, have not only enhanced their services but have also contributed to an impressive 17% increase in year-over-year revenue growth. On top of a strong performance year, the office also earned the prestigious 800 Award from Reputation, a global leader in reputation experience management, which highlights businesses that put customer experience at the core of their strategy.
