A West Ashley traffic stop puts two fugitives behind bars. The Charleston Police Department charged 21-year-old Michael Antonio Heyward with unlawful carrying of a handgun and active bench warrants out of North Charleston, according to a <a href="http://www.live5news.com/story/22107854/fugitives-arrested-following-traffic-stop-in-west-ashley" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Live5News report</a>. Police also arrested and charged Shaquille Lamont Varns, 20, with giving false information and two active warrants.
