Here are the top three stories in Columbia today:

1. Officials have identified a body found in the Columbia woods as that of Columbia man, Devin Alan Herlong. The 42-year-old was discovered Saturday, Feb. 12, and identified Tuesday, Feb. 15. Authorities said they found no evidence of foul play. (The State)
2. The South Carolina State Fair is awarding scholarships to high school seniors. It will be distributing fifty $6,000 scholarships to students across the state. The Columbia organization is giving grants based on academic and extracurricular achievement, communication skills, and application. (WACH.com)
3. Columbia was ranked as a “car-dependent city” based on Walk Score's walkability meter. The city scored 35 out of 100 on walk score which is based on the walkability of an address based on pedestrian-friendliness and access to businesses. It has the same rating for cyclists. (COLAtoday)
