The Columbia Police Department has opened a new substation in the Rosewood area.
A home located on Adeline Drive will serve as an office for the department's K-9 and Drug Suppression Team, according to a report from The State.
The department opened the substation in Rosewood after hearing from some community members who wanted an office in the area, according to the report.
