CPD: Sumter Man Charged With Indecent Exposure
Columbia Police arrested a 23-year-old Sumter County man who they say has two outstanding arrest warrants for indecent exposure.

A Sumter County man arrested Thursday is charged with two counts of indecent exposure, according to the Columbia Police Department.
An officer responding to a suspicious person call at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital arrested 23-year-old Jwain Dennis Francis, who police say has two outstanding arrest warrants for indecent exposure.
The first incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. on July 2 in a parking lot at
2600 Bull Street. Francis allegedly exposed himself to a woman while she walked to her office.
Francis is also accused of exposing and fondling himself in front of a woman who was walking to her office in the 3200 block of Colonial Drive around 8 a.m. on July.
Francis is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
