Graham: Courts Should Not Get Involved in Drone War
Also touched on sequestration, Hagel nomination and Benghazi attack.
Appearing on Fox News Sunday, Sen. Lindsey Graham said he does not believe that the courts should get involved with drone attacks involving the war on terror. "The worst thing in the world would be for the courts to decide who the targets are in the war on terror," Graham told host Chris Wallace.

Graham said that Americans who side with Al-Qaeda should be treated as the enemy, particularly in a time of war.
