Many banks and credit unions will be closed Monday. Please check with your local branch.

Services
- Post offices
- All Richland County Recreation Commission facilities. The LinRick golf course will be open.
- All branches of the Lexington County Public Library system will be closed.
- All Richland County Public Library locations will be closed. (Closed Sunday and Monday)
City of Columiba: Garbage and recyclables will be picked up on their regular schedule.
Richland County: There will be no household solid waste pickup, and both the C&D Landfill and the Lower Richland drop off center will be closed. Solid waste pick up will run a day behind schedule for example, Monday’s scheduled pick up will happen on Tuesday, Tuesday’s pick up on Wednesday, Wednesday’s pick up on Thursday, and Thursday’s pick up on Friday and Friday’s pickup on Saturday.
Town of Lexington: Solid Waste and Recycling Collection will run on a normal Tuesday collection.
Lexington County: The 11 Lexington County Solid Waste Management Collection and Recycling Centers, and the Lexington County Landfill will be open and operating on a regular schedule for Labor Day weekend and on Labor Day. The Collection and Recycling Centers Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Landfill hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.The Administrative Offices for Solid Waste Management, however, will be closed Monday.
