Library Revamp Offers Free Music, New Features for St. Andrews Branch
In a rebranding effort, the Richland County Public Library plans to announce the new features of their website and in-library options.

Brown paper covering the walls of the Richland County Public Library on Main Street is set to come down at 10:30 a.m., but patrons of the St. Andrews-Broad River Road location can take full advantage of the library's new features and online services.
Also as part of the rebranding, the Richland County Public Library will now be shortened to the "Richland Library" along with the new motto "access freely," The State reports.
Patrons will be able to download three free songs per week to add to their online music library, the new homepage stated.
