As of 4:35 a.m., everything seemed to be running smoothly in Richland County traffic.  To see a live traffic map, <a href="http://autos.aol.com/columbia-sc-traffic/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">check out this link. </a> This morning is chilly around 59 degrees and a chance of showers throughout the day, <a href="http://www.weather.gov/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to NOAA. </a>
