Columbia Police charged a man with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Richard Delano Williams, 30, is accused of providing alcohol to two 16-year-olds and trying to engage them in sex acts at a home on Harden Street on June 10. Williams allegedly tried to engage in a sex act with one of the teens, but when she refused, he approached the other victim who police said was intoxicated.  He then engaged in a sex act with the second victim without her consent, police said. Williams is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

Columbia Police charged a man with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
