  1. A fire set at Mount Tabor Lutheran Church on Friday is under investigation. Fire crews responded to calls around 1:30 p.m. and got the fire under control. At the time of publishing, investigators have yet to determine a cause. (WIS News 10)
  2. The Columbia-Richland Fire Department is helping kids fight cancer at Fire Truck Pull downtown. The event will begin today at 10 a.m. on Lady Street where kids will compete to see who's toy fire truck is the fastest. All proceeds from the event will go to the Gamecocks Curing Kids Cancer $1.2 million endowment to the Children’s Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders Clinic at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital.   3. A popular pop-up beer garden announced a brick-and-mortar location in Columbia. German beer garden Bierkeller Columbia will open a physical location later in 2022. The new bar will open along the Historic Columbia Canal and Esplanade. (WLTX.com)
