Two women told police that a man came out of the woods on Pickens Street around 1 p.m. Monday and began fondling himself, a Columbia Police Department press release stated.
The suspect is described as a white male between 30 and 40-years-old last seen wearing a black hoodie.
He covered his face during the incident. The victims said his pants were at his ankles.
The suspect was last seen running from the scene after a victim screamed.
The victims were not physically harmed in any way.
