Rain Dampens First Thursday
For the sixth month in a row, the arts event has been hindered by rain.
Loyal First Thursday visitors turned out in the wake of tropical storm Andrea as the rain dampened the usually festive event.
Still, Tapp's anchored the event with musical performances from USC students.
Frame of Mind featured photographer Jenna Sach who displayed her black-and-white photos she develops from film instead of using any digital medium.
