Columbia City Council has reached an agreement with a Greenville developer for construction of a neighborhood in the Bull Street area, according to a report from The State.
The new development will be a mix of housing and retail and office space. A baseball stadium designed for a variety of uses including concerts and high school events has also been proposed, according to the report.
Council will vote on the plan, which could exceed $50 million, at two meetings in July.
