Richland County deputies arrested a man they say stabbed another man during a physical altercation Sunday morning.
Kenneth Goodwin was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, according to a report from WLTX.
Richland County Sheriff's spokesman Curtis Wilson said the victim was stabbed in the upper body during an altercation at 851 Bush River Road around 6 a.m. Sunday.
Wilson said the man was taken to Lexington Medical Center and was in critical condition.
The victim's current condition is unknown.
