The developer of the Village at Sandhill is working to pay off millions of dollars owed to creditors after filing for bankruptcy protection in April. Alan Kahn, of the <a href="http://www.kahndevelopment.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Kahn Development Company</a>, met with creditors on Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, answering questions about his financial status and property holdings, according to a report from The State. Kahn has until Oct. 21 to file a repayment plan with the court, The State reports.
