Report: Midlands Developer, Creditors Meet in Court

The developer of the Village at Sandhill is working to pay off millions of dollars owed to creditors after filing for bankruptcy protection in April.

Alan Kahn, of the Kahn Development Company, met with creditors on Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, answering questions about his financial status and property holdings, according to a report from The State.

Kahn has until Oct. 21 to file a repayment plan with the court, The State reports.
