RichCo Election Commission Creates Position for McBride
She'll make about 15k less with new responsibilities.

The woman who took "full responsibility" for the botched Richland County elections has been offered a new position.
Lillian McBride, who submitted her resignation as Executive Director to the Richland County Election Commission last week, has been recommended by the commission for a new slot.
According to WLTX, McBride has been recommended by the five-member group for the newly created position of Deputy Director. It comes with a salary of about $74,000, which is about $15,000 less than what she made in her previous job.

McBride's appointment is subject to the approval of Interim Commission Chair Dr. Jasper Salmond.
