What's Happening at Richland Library?

Construction on the main floor will be a teen center.

If you've walked into the Main Branch of the Richland Library lately, you've undoubtedly seen the construction on the ground level.

But what is it going to be?

Richland Library employees said the construction will be a teen area complete with new technology.
