The organization has an immediate need for an experienced professional business person with a heart for helping others who would be willing to give advice on hardwood floor restoration and be willing to do the work needed to finish the floors. This is a small job entailing a hallway and some small rooms. The work and materials would be done as a contribution to the ministry, without monetary pay.

In return for the work, the business would receive acknowledgment on the Mary's House website as a corporate partner working us to stop unnecessary deaths from domestic violence.

The shelter is also in need of someone to clean the offices at the shelter 1-2 hours a week each Thursday. The tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and taking out the trash. The right candidate is people-oriented with a servant’s heart and a passion for helping women and children create a better life. The person must be energetic and willing to commit two hours each week. While there is
no monetary pay for either of these tasks, the reward comes with being a part of the team that helps change the lives of families in crisis.

If you can help, please send a letter of intent and qualifications to: mh-director@bellsouth.net with a copy to mh-pam@bellsouth.net or call our office at 864-855-1708.
