Business Students Win First-place in Competition
Southern Wesleyan students take part in The Business Strategy Game

Southern Wesleyan University students Claudio Sanches, Katie Stilwell and Raphael Fernandes reached first-place in The Business Strategy Game’s Global Top 100.
According to John Frazier, business professor at SWU, more than 5,500 teams have been competing from more than 325 colleges and universities globally. The SWU team operated a “virtual” athletic footwear company in a competition that, according to Frazier, is “as close as you can get to running a real business.”
In the game, students are scored on four performance variables: overall score, earnings per share, return on equity and stock price.
