Chasity Bradley Recognized at Upward Bound Banquet
The Upward Bound program is designed to help high school students bridge the gap between secondary school and college.
Chasity Bradley, of Easley, middle, received the Best Achievement in English Award at Tri-County Technical College's 33rd Annual Upward Bound Awards Banquet held recently.
