Ethan Goodman, a 2009 graduate of Easley High School, has recently reached a lifelong goal of being a member of a professional dance company. Goodman auditioned for Caroline Calouche Company in Charlotte NC and was accepted into the company. During the 2013-2014 season, Ethan will have the status of adjunct dancer. Caroline Calouche specializes in aerial dance which Ethan says “is the hardest and most fun dance I have ever done!”
Ethan is a 2013 graduate of Winthrop University with a BA in Dance Performance and a Minor in Theatre Performance. While at Winthrop, Ethan was part of the Dean’s Advisory Committee, Alpha Psi Omega, and Winthrop Dance Theatre. Ethan also had the opportunity to perform with York County Ballet.
Ethan studied locally at Easley Dance Conservatory before attending Winthrop University. Suzanne Goodman, Artistic Director of Easley Dance Conservatory, says “I am super excited for Ethan and extremely proud of how hard he has worked to reach his goal."
