Money raised through recent flapjack fundraiser will be used to make improvements within the center.

The Apple Gold Group, a franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, is proud to have partnered with the members of the Easley Gymnastics Training Center to raise over $2,400 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser. All proceeds will be used to make improvements within the center.
“The Apple Gold Group always enjoys partnering with these talented local athletes for a morning of great fundraising,” said Michael Olander, President and CEO of the Apple Gold Group. “We are looking forward to partnering with this group again in the future.”
The Easley Gymnastics fundraiser was hosted on August 24, 2013, at the Applebee’s restaurant located at 5055 Calhoun Memorial Highway, Easley, SC. The organization sold 320 tickets throughout the community with an additional $685 in donations. Breakfast included a short stack of pancakes, sausage, milk, juice and coffee.
Applebee’s is proud to partner with local nonprofit organizations as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the nonprofit organization with the assistance of Applebee’s employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2 a meal.
