“Easley's Rising Star” Competition Seeking Entries

The Arts Council of Pickens County is currently seeking entries for the 2nd Annual “Easley’s Rising Star”. The event will take place Friday October 4th at West End Hall. Winners will perform October 5, 2013 at the 2nd Annual “Fall for the Arts” event.

The talent contest has six categories with four different age divisions each. Performers can enter in dance, vocal, or instrumental categories as either a soloist or ensemble. Age divisions are: elementary, middle school, high school, and adult.

Prizes will be awarded in each age division and category. There will also be a grand prize winner named as Easley’s Rising Star 2013.
