Events Added to The Tams' Concert

Beach music legends The Tams will be playing in Pickens later this month and some new events have been added to the special day.

 The Pickens Azalea Festival committee announced last month that The Tams will play on Saturday, July 27 in the city's new amphitheater, located at W. Main Street.

The Tams were originally slated to play the Azalea Festival in April, but bad weather forced the cancellation of that day’s festivities.

The committee recently announced on the Azalea Festival Facebook page that new events have been added to the day that the Tams will perform.

A cruise in will be held on West Main Street between N. Catherine and Highway 178. The cruise-in will start around 4pm.

Rock and Roll Reunion are slated to perform at 6pm and the Tams will take the

stage at 8pm.
