Last month, Arthur Field pleaded guilty to 11 fraud charges. A state grand jury indicted Field last year on charges including conspiracy, forgery and securities fraud.  His agreeing to plead guilty means he will face lesser sentences.

Capital Investment sold promissory notes to investors.  Field has yet to explain what happened to the millions of dollars invested in the firm.
