In their first game of the Big League World Series Wednesday, the SC District 1 Host Team racked up 15 runs to Southwest's five.
In Game 12 of the series, the score was much closer but SC District 1 earned another victory, beating Central 4-3 Friday night.
The game was scoreless through the third inning, until SC District 1 scored twice in the fourth.
Central followed up with three runs in the seventh, but SC District 1 scored twice more for the win.
SC District 1 faces the other Upstate team, Southeast (Greenville District 7) Saturday night at 7:30pm.
Central faces West 2pm Saturday.Â
