Why did your business join the Chamber?

We joined the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce so that people can learn more about our business! We also want to participate and learn how we can be exceptional neighbors within our community.

What would you like the community to know about your business?

There is a great need for plasma. Anyone who is immune compromised may use medicines made from plasma and so without enough, patients suffer. That said… you as a member of the community can help! Our donors come from all walks of life. They are service employees, teachers, students, part-time workers, parents, full-time workers, and more. Our donors are heroes. When you donate plasma with us, we know your time is valuable, so you can earn up to $500 per month while saving lives! New donors receive $70 for your first 5 donations within 30 days and up to $650 in the first month! What makes your business special?

ADMA BioCenters is special because of the benefits it brings to patients, donors, and the local community. Plasma donations are used to create essential medications for patients in need. Donors earn money for each donation of their time and effort which helps them meet their own individual needs while also putting money back into the local economy. In addition, we bring at least 50 medical jobs into the local community. ADMA BioCenters is special within the plasma community because we value each of our donors and put them first. We strive to ensure you have an exceptional experience when you donate with us!

What community programs, projects, and efforts do you support in the Berkeley County area?
We are new to the community and currently looking for ways to get involved! This is the reason why we are excited to join the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce!

Why should the community support your business?

By becoming a plasma donor, you can earn money while helping to save lives. Some examples of patients who use plasma-based therapies include cancer patients, transplant patients, premature infants, pregnant women, and those with autoimmune disease as well as people born with other plasma protein deficiencies.

Fun fact about your business?

A plasma donor is allowed to give up to two donations within a 7-day period, with at least 1 day between donations. This is different than whole blood donors who must wait at least 56 days between donations! This is because plasma is donated through a process called plasmapheresis during which whole blood is removed, plasma is collected, and remaining blood components are returned to the donor!
