
Thelma “Liz” Elizabeth Milne, 65, of Goose Creek, passed away January 7, 2013.
Born in Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of the late John Edward and Louise Meeker Hardy and wife to Walter “Tom” Thomas Milne. She retired from Hagemeyer N.A. in 2010 after over twenty years of service. Liz loved to quilt and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Milne was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where she taught religious education and volunteered with the outreach program. She was also a member of the Cobblestone Quilt Guild of Charleston.
She is survived by her husband of forty six years, Tom Milne of the home; two daughters, Christina Warren of Goose Creek and Cathleen Cox and husband Jason of Goose Creek; two grandsons, Phillip Warren and Alex Warren of Goose Creek; three brothers, John Hardy, Jr. and wife Billie of Blue Springs, MO, William “Tom” Hardy and wife Cynthia of Olathe, KS and James Hardy and wife Nancy of Raytown, MO; sister, Letitia Osbourne of Apache Junction, AZ. Liz is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mrs. Milne is predeceased by her granddaughter Olivia Cox.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
The family will receive friends following the mass.
