Ware's family is worried and said it was unlike her to go more than a couple days without seeing her kids or talking to family, according to a report from NBC News.

The day before her disappearance, Ware talked of being followed and "felt something was going to happen," Alberta Gray-Simpkins, Ware's stepmother, told NBC News.

Gray-Simpkins checked in with Ware on FaceTime at approximately 3 p.m. the day of her disappearance. She received a call from the youngest child's father at around 7:30 p.m. after Ware dropped the kids off and knew something was wrong, according to the report.
