Head over to Lake Murray Presbyterian Church in Chapin to hear musical selections from the choirs at Chapin High School. If you're interested in dance, the is Friday at 6:30 p.m.
Friday
Schoolhouse Rock Live! Junior brings the magic of Schoolhouse Rock to the stage. The production will be held Friday through Sunday. There are two showings on Saturday. Purchase tickets in advance before the show at the Harbison Theatre or Crooked Creek Park.

Join the Dutch Fork High School students, faculty and staff for the 2012 American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Cancer Walk. The event begins with a Survivors/Caregivers Lap at 7 p.m. with a reception at 7:15 p.m. There will be a shag contest, a "womanless" beauty pageant, bands, carnival games, and a Luminary Remembrance Ceremony at 10 p.m.

Join the Feline Fiesta this Saturday at Pawmetto Lifeline. Cinco de Meow-O is a day devoted to furry feline friends. Cat lovers are encouraged to come to Pawmetto Lifeline from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Keep the Midlands Beautiful has partnered with the Lexington County Sheriff's Department for Cleanup with the Cops. Volunteers will be picking up litter in the Whitehall community. Grab a bag and help keep your community looking beautiful.

If like Creole cuisine, then head over to the Rosewood Crawfish Festival in Columbia. The Greater Rosewood Merchants Association is hosting the 7th annual Rosewood Crawfish Festival this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The R&B group is stoping in the Midlands for the 30th Anniversary tour. Bobby Brown, Johnny Gill, Ricky Bell, Mike Bivins, Ronnie DeVoe and Ralph Tresvant will perform their hit songs including "Can You Stand the Rain," " Candy Girl" as well as their solo hits. The concert starts at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Check the box office for ticket availability.
