You will complete an application and parent questionnaire and will schedule your child’s screening date and time that will occur in either May or July/Early August 2012.
This program serves identified four-year-old children from throughout the district and stresses basic school readiness skills. There are requirements that must be met (“at-risk” factors, home visits and attendance) in order to qualify for the program. Parents should be aware that a request for screening does not constitute acceptance into the program.
