Back-to-School Movie Night: 'Madagascar 3'
Come see the movie for free Saturday at Crooked Creek Park to kick off the school year.
The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission and Kingdom Builders Ministry are teaming up to present a back-to-school movie night Saturday at the Crooked Creek Park ball fields.
The event starts and 5 p.m. and ends at 10:30 p.m. The featured movie, "Madagascar 3," will play around 8:45 p.m.
Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets for this free event.
Before the movie, children can enjoy games, inflatable bouncies and live music.
Concessions will be provided by Chapin Baptist Church and Kingdom Builders will be furnishing school supplies to children for the upcoming school year.
Parents can also register children for fall youth sports at Crooked Creek Park.
The event is sponsored by Chapin Baptist Church and Chick-fil-A Ballentine.
