Chapin Chamber’s 22nd Annual Awards Gala to be Held in November

The Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 22ndAnnual Awards & Gala Benefit on Friday, November 8, beginning at 7 pm at Timberlake Country Club (222 Timberlake Drive, Chapin). Chamber members, community leaders and area residents are invited to hit the red carpet as the Chamber puts business and community leaders In The Spotlight for their efforts make Chapin a great place to work, live and play.

“This year we have expanded the award categories to allow us to recognize and say thank you to the business and community leaders that make Chapin a great place to live,” explained Susan Horton, with Lexington Medical Center and chair of this year’s event. “We will be recognizing a Large and Small Business of the Year, a Young Professional of the Year, and a Chamber Advocate in addition to our Community Service and Annie Epting Volunteer of the Year awards.”

In addition to the awards presentations, the event will again feature live music and dancing, with the band Celebrations providing enjoyable tunes to entertain guests. And a live auction of several select items will help raise funds to support the Chamber’s advocacy, education and community service programs.

“We appreciate the support we receive from our local business community and especially would like to thank our sponsors for their assistance in making this event fun and memorable,” Horton added.
