Chapin Man Charged in Car Break-In
The 21-year-old is accused of breaking into a home in the Timberlake subdivision near Chapin.

Deputies arrested a 21-year-old Chapin man Wednesday who they say broke into a car parked at a home on Timberlake Drive near Chapin.
Riley Brooks Furman is accused of breaking into a 2012 Mustang between 12:01 a.m. and 2 a.m. on June 27, according to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department. Deputies say he stole items from the passenger compartment and from the trunk.
A sheriff's deputy recovered most of the stolen items from Furman, according to the sheriff's department. Video surveillance from a camera installed by the homeowners' association at Timberlake Plantation also shows Furman's truck enter the subdivision that day.
