Chapin Man Charged with 13 Counts of Sexual Exploitation of Minor
Ray Drake Seay was arrested Friday after an investigation by the Chapin Police Department and SLED.
A 64-year-old man was arrested Friday after investigators found pictures of minors engaging in sexual acts on his home computer, according to a press release from the S.C. Law Enforcement Division.
Ray Drake Seay of 555 Lakeshore Drive in Chapin, is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree and 10 counts in the third degree.
Seay's arrest is the result of an investigation by the Chapin Police Department and SLED.
